HEADLINE: Central Jersey briefcase: VIP Honda receives recognition

DATELINE: NORTH PLAINFIELD

BODY:

The New {}VIP Honda has achieved a new status as the fastest-growing Honda dealership in its Northern New Jersey region, announced owner {}Bill Vince.

Recognized by {}American Honda in a special awards ceremony recently, VIP Honda realized a dramatic increase in sales in 2006 compared to 2005.

Sales in 2006 were boosted by the first full year in the dealership's new facility, Vince noted, which greatly expanded the showroom and created an ultramodern, state-of-the-art environment.

"The new facility, our streamlined operations and our incredibly hard-working team all combined to give our customers a truly wonderful experience," Vince said. "We simply gave them more reasons in 2006 to buy or lease from us -- and they did."

American Honda sales data show that VIP Honda increased new Honda sales 14.4 percent in 2006 versus 2005, giving it the highest percentage increase of any Honda dealer in its Northern New Jersey region.

Located at 700 Route 22 East in North Plainfield, the new VIP Honda features the full line of 2007 Hondas, as well as a large selection of preowned Hondas and other quality used vehicles. The showroom is open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday. VIP Honda can be reached by phone at (877) 47-HONDA
