VIENNA, Va., Feb. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Louis Montgomery, Jr., has joined Serco Inc. as vice president of human resources to oversee human resources functions and manage the recruitment, training, development, and compensation and benefits programs for U.S. and Canadian employees. In this position, Montgomery will also assist Serco in its continued commitment to strategic hiring, retention and change management.

Montgomery brings more than 20 years of experience in senior level staffing, performance management, compensation planning, employee/labor relations, succession planning and diversity management. Prior to joining Serco, he served as the North American director of human resources for AES Corporation, and spent several years as a senior HR professional at multiple Fortune 500 firms, including Frito Lay, Kraft Foods and Philip Morris. Montgomery will report to Ed Casey, Chairman and CEO of Serco Inc.
