HEADLINE:Prime Therapeutics Hires Jacqueline Chase as Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Prime Therapeutics (Prime), a nationwide pharmacy benefit management (PBM) company, announced that Jacqueline Chase has joined the organization as senior vice president of human resources (see also Therapy).

In this executive role, Ms. Chase will lead all areas of human resources, facilities, safety and security manage-ment.

"Jackie's twenty five-plus years of experience in human resources and employment law will be imperative as we posi-tion Prime for continued growth. Most recently Ms. Chase was the vice president of human resources for Imation Corp. Prior to joining Imation, Ms. Chase was senior counsel at 3M and practiced employment law with Oppenheimer, Wolff & Donnelly LLP. Ms. Chase received her bachelor's degree in business administration and human resources and her doctorate of jurisprudence from the University of Iowa. Ms Chase also has a master's degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University.
