Marybeth Abbott of Latham was named manager of payroll and human resources at the residential and community-based treatment center in Albany. She has worked for St. Anne for two years, and previously was a human resource generalist.
Stephen Hobart of Troy was named accountant. Most recently junior accountant, he has been with St. Anne Institute for three and a half years.

Barbara Hess of Niskayuna was promoted to chief administrative officer of the credit union. Previously, she was senior vice president at SEFCU.
Janet Herter of Brunswick was named chief financial officer, responsible for overseeing SEFCU's financial direction. Most recently, she worked with Albany Academy for Boys on strategic planning.

Lisa Mattes of Albany joined the Albany-based financial service and management consulting firm as a programming and marketing coordinator. Previously, she was a programming and marketing coordinator at Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations' management development program.
Kristine O'Neil of Albany joined BST's client accounting services department as a bookkeeping specialist. Previously, she worked in the financial services and tax department of BST.

Joseph Baumann of Saratoga Springs was named assistant account executive. Previously, he was a fire underwriter at State Farm Insurance. Nicole Chlopecki of Glenville was named account executive. She previously worked at National Medical Health Card as account manager.
