* Trevor J. Brown, son of John and Cheryle Brown of Corning and Margaret and Tim Randall of Corning, was named to the fall dean's list at Niagara University. Brown is a criminal justice major and a graduate of Corning East High School.
* Kathryn C. Robinson, daughter of Joel and Linda Robinson of Elmira, was named to the fall president's list at University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Va. Robinson is a freshman.
* Anjelica Ruda, daughter of Karen and David Ruda of Athens, was named to the fall dean's list at the University of Pittsburgh. Ruda is a graduate of Notre Dame High School in Southport.
* Marissa Ruda, daughter of Karen and David Ruda of Athens, was named to the fall dean's list at Marywood University in Scranton. Ruda is a graduate of Notre Dame High School in Southport.
* Elizabeth G. Farwell, daughter of Douglas and Patricia Farwell of Corning, will be included in the 2006 edition of "Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges." Farwell was honored April 22 at a campus reception at the State University of New York at Oswego. She was among 20 Oswego students selected as national outstanding leaders. Farwell is a senior psychology major.
* Alexander D. Brown, son of Jack and Jeri Moore of Elmira, received an associate's degree in culinary arts in January from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. Brown also holds an associate's degree in criminal justice from Corning Community College. He has studied industrial labor relations at Cornell University. Brown is a 1993 graduate of Elmira Free Academy.

Edison class of 1972
The class of 1972 Edison High School in Elmira Heights is sponsoring a seven-day cruise for all Edison alumni on Feb. 24. Deposits of $250 per person are due by May 25. Final payment (cost varies with room assignment) are due Dec. 6.

EFA class of 1966
The Elmira Free Academy class of 1966 is looking for more than 250 classmates for its 40th reunion on June 9 and 10. The June 10 dinner is $30 a person. The money is due no later than May 26.
