Dr. and Mrs. Chin-Wei and Shi-Chia Yang, of Clarion, Pa., and Mr. and Mrs. George and Roberta DeLeone, of Oxford, Miss., formerly of Fayetteville, announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their children, Felicia Tien-Ann Yang and Andrew Hoffman DeLeone, both of Ithaca.
The future bride is a graduate of Clarion Area High School and a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a dual degree in economics and sociology. She is a fourth-year doctoral candidate in the department of policy analysis and management at Cornell University and will graduate with a doctor of philosophy in the spring of 2007.
The future groom is a graduate of Fayetteville- Manlius High School in Manlius and holds a bachelor of science degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is pursuing a master's degree in industrial and labor relations at Cornell University and will graduate in the spring of 2006. He is employed by General Electric.
