BODY:

Seasons change, and so, too, do the editors of Nevada Employment Law Letter. Beginning this month, Howard E. Cole, Anthony Martin, and I will take over the newsletter from Von Heinz. It's a natural progression for the Las Vegas contingent of the firm's employmentgroup, which expanded in April to include Howard Cole and myself.

we wish to thank Von for his stewardship, insight, and dedication and recognize that we have big shoes to fill. We know our readers will miss Von, and we will miss his contributions to the newsletter. From time to time, perhaps, Von will make an appearance in the newsletter, and for that, we would be most grateful. Thank you, Von. About the Editors Howard E. Cole, partner.
