He is also a Visiting Fellow at Cornell University's New York State School of Industrial and Labour Relations, where he has taught collective bargaining and labour law. Mr. Kramer has been involved in the practice of human resources and labour law throughout his managerial career, including serving as Cornell University's Director of Employee Relations, and as Corporate Manager of Labour Relations and Legal Services and as Human Resources In-house Counsel for BASF Wyandotte. He has frequently served as Chief Spokesman in labour contract negotiations.
