October's top producers named
The top producers for October at Beverly-Hanks & Associates are:
Downtown: Glenn Seimer, listing; Seth Metcalf, sales; and Scott Ambler, residential. Seimer received the firm's Platinum Sales Award for 2005. Metcalf closed sales of nearly $7 million in 2005. Ambler closed sales in 2005 of more than $12 million.
South: Teri Thomas Allstaedt, listing; Steve Barnes, sales; and Ann Skoglund, residential. Allstaedt closed sales in 2005 of nearly $7 million and received the Platinum Sales Award. Barnes received the Diamond Sales Award for 2005. Skoglund received the Residential Sales Associate of the Year for 2005.
Biltmore Park: Hope Byrd, listing; Carol Higdon, sales; and Sally Baker, residential. Byrd received the Chairman Sales Award for 2005. Higdon closed sales in 2005 that topped $13 million. Baker had 2005 sales of nearly $11 million.
Weaverville: Ann Flynn, listing; Marie Morris, sales; and Anna Bujok, residential. Morris closed sales in 2005 of more than $4 million and received the Gold Sales Award.
North: Jan Davis, listing; Sara Kate Eubanks, sales; and Betsey Ambler, residential. Davis closed sales in 2005 of nearly $3 million. Eubanks closed sales in 2005 of more than $1 million. Ambler received the Gold Sales Award for 2005.
Waynesville: David Rogers, listing; Nancy McFall, sales; and Brenda Gray, residential. Rogers' sales in 2005 topped $3 million, and he received the Gold Sales Award. McFall received the Gold Sales Award for sales in 2005 of nearly $4 million.
Commercial: Terry Peterson. He received the Gold Sales Award in 2005 for closed sales in excess of $4 million.
